The Sustainability awards are back!!
RBST Scotland will once again be celebrating those businesses and individuals who are making a real difference in Food and Farming with our Sustainability Awards.
The Awards will once again be presented at the Royal Highland Show on Thursday 20th June.
For 2024, we have two new categories and we have joined some of the other categories together. This will be reflected in the judging – we will have one panel for 2024 who will look at all the entries.
Our two new categories reflect the growing importance of diversification and marketing in food and farming. In particular we are looking to find the sustainable product of the year – a product developed by a Scottish food and farming business that really captures the imagination whilst remaining true to the concept of sustainability. Our second new category is looking for the most sustainable farm diversification of the year – a new initiative or concept that helps to secure the future for the farm.

The Judging panel which will be once again chaired by Steve McMinn, Chair of RBST Scotland will include Ceri Ritchie from SAC Consulting and Wendy Barrie from the Scottish Food Guide.
